These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with the WeLove mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Tribered Oy (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the WeLove mobile application.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

• The App is intended for adult users only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By accessing the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
• Individuals with an unspent conviction or any court order related to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment are prohibited from using the App. We reserve the right to remove your account if this condition is not met.
• If you are removed from the App, you will not be permitted to use it again, and no refund will be provided. Your subscription will be terminated.
• Users who post objectionable content will be removed from the App.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including hours of operation, availability, or features, without prior notice or liability.
• If we discover that your profile picture or account details are fake, we will permanently block your account.
• It is essential to keep your email address updated. We will communicate important account information via email. Failure to update your email may result in the inability to receive crucial details.

To use the App, you must first register by providing your mobile number and email address. Upon successful registration, you can create a personal account (“Your Account”).

When creating Your Account, we require a profile picture. You are also encouraged to provide your first name, additional photos, a brief description of yourself, your preferences regarding a partner, and basic information such as age, height, and location.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating Your Account and using the App. It is your responsibility to keep Your Account information updated.
• Your application will undergo an internal screening process to determine whether you will be accepted as a member of WeLove.
  

Membership Subscriptions:

• Membership subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration at the standard rate after any initial discounted period. You can manage your subscriptions through your Google Play Store account.

In-App Purchases:

• WeLove may offer in-app purchases through authorized platforms like the Google Play Store. When making a purchase, you'll provide your account details, and charges will be applied as per the terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Sales tax may apply based on your location.
• Auto-recurring subscriptions will continue to bill your account until canceled. If you wish to cancel, you must log into your Play Store account and follow the cancellation instructions. Deleting your WeLove account or app does not cancel your subscription, and all charges will be retained until you complete the cancellation through your account.

• You are responsible for all content you post, share, or transmit through the WeLove app, including interactions with other members and any invitations sent to friends.
• Each user is allowed only one personal account and must keep their account information, including username, mobile number, and password, confidential. Sharing your password or allowing others to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately via the 'My Account' page.
• Avoid disclosing personal contact information (e.g., address, email, phone number) in your profile or messages, especially to members who have not previously contacted you.
• WeLove does not routinely monitor shared content but reserves the right to block inappropriate content reported by users or detected by filtering software.
• By sharing content through the app, you grant WeLove a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content across our platforms.

At WeLove, we are committed to enhancing our service by introducing new features and functionalities. This may include adding or removing features as necessary. If these changes do not significantly impact your rights or obligations, we may not provide prior notice. However, in the event of a complete service suspension, we will notify you in advance unless safety or security concerns prevent us from doing so.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a change is substantial, we will aim to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions are implemented, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please discontinue your use of the service.

 These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the High Court of Telangana. 

If you believe your work has been infringed on our Service, please provide WeLove with the following:

• Signature of the authorized copyright owner.
• Description of the copyrighted work.
• Location of the infringing material on the Service.
• Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
• Statement of your good faith belief regarding the unauthorized use.
• Declaration under penalty of perjury that your information is accurate.
•  To report harmful or unlawful behavior, email us at vishnukumar.prajeeth@gmail.com. To report another member, use the option on their profile. We do not resolve personal disputes or provide arbitration services. If you feel unsafe during a date, you can unmatch, block, or report your match to protect your profile. 

WeLove does not conduct criminal background checks on its members. You are solely responsible for your safety when using the app and interacting with other members. There are inherent risks in online and offline interactions, including dating.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by other members. While we strive to keep the app's information up to date, any reliance on it is at your own risk.

We do not warrant that the app or website will always be available or fully operational. All content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Any actions you take based on information from WeLove are at your own discretion and risk.

We may update our Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
